This study aims to explore how well people with MSA tolerate the drug ONO-2808, its effectiveness, the appropriate doses that are safe, and how the drug functions in the body. If you are 30-80 years old, diagnosed with MSA-C or MSA-P, experiencing motor symptoms for less than 5 years, and can walk 10 steps back and forth, you might be eligible to join.
